Responsibilities

Work as a team or individually to install decorative concrete overlays, coatings, polishes, or concrete repair solutions.
Follow defined processes and techniques to achieve superior results.
Be creative in generating customer solutions, quality improvements, and best practices.
Use power and hand tooling such as trowels, concrete stamps, grinders, pressure washers, general power tools, etc.
Have fun while working hard for the success of the total project.
Continued skill development and growth from on-the-job and other training.

Qualifications

Experienced installing concrete coatings, finishing concrete, polishing, or other concrete resurfacing
Detailed oriented (attention to detail)
Self-driven and a team player leading continued improvement to techniques and skillsets
Professional and prompt
Great work ethic and attitude
Pass a background check, have a good driving record, and use a personal vehicle for transport to/from the shop location

Compensation: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
